WARP WAYS

We start off by sourcing for used and unwanted clothing from clothing factories before doing further sorting to find the right fabric for our designs. Our designers go through a tedious design process to produce as little textile waste as possible.
We find sustainable solutions for our customers, always managing our business to protect the environment and preserve the earth’s natural resources both for today and for generations in the future.
Sustainable practices
We put sustainability at the core of everything we do. By creating new garments through recycled clothings, we minimize waste, water, energy footprints, and pollutions. We aim to achieve zero wastage through our production. Scroll down to learn more!

First, we sourced unwanted clothings by asking for donations from the public. Apart from that, we also outsourced loose fabrics from textile vendors.
We collected mainly denim, plaid and chequered tops and bottoms, then sorted them according to the shades of colour.

It's all about math and precision
pattern making
To minimise fabric waste to the smallest possible amount. We incorporated both draping and pattern drafting methods. Draping helps us to make full use of a piece of unwanted garment!
And we're super into it!
Drape > Draft > Cut

And yes, we never forget to document down the total usage!

Just a quick video for you to have a rough idea on how the cutting is done!
documenting the cutting process

rest assured! we dont casually match the colours just because they are recycled!
oh yEs,
During the sorting process, all the recycled clothings will be carefully matched according to their colours and textiles. Isn't it interesting that none of the garments will look exactly the same even though they have the same silhoutte?

We collect left over scraps after cutting the main pieces. These scrap fabrics are made into textile manipulations and accessories. We wouldn't want to miss out any single piece!
Zero waste: scrap fabrics

Zero waste: fraying
Even as small as a yarn, we are making full use of it. Scrap fabrics are frayed into yarns. They are then sorted according to their shades, and later becoming part of our intricate design!

Zero waste: buttons
We unpick buttons from the recycled clothings and reuse them again!
Zero waste: belt loops
Belt loops from jeans can be used again, they can serve as embellishment even!

Zero waste: odd shape off-cuts
Off cuts with odd shapes can be used as patchwork decorations!
